There is a scam out there using your voice against you. When you answer your phone the person on the other end says, Can you hear me? Then the reply that comes natural, if you can hear them is, Yes. This simple question and answer is another ploy to outsmart people to get what a scammer wants.
When you answered their question “Yes” they have recorded your voice for later use to get money from you for a purchase you did not make or agree to. The “Yes” they recorded on the phone will be verbal evidence and they demand payment for various things.
